PREFACE

The Soul Proprietor™ honors, observes, and obeys the laws of YHVH (YHWH) for righteous business and covenant-based legacy building, placing family and faith first.

We reference and revere the ancient sacred texts of The Holy Bible, The Torah (Pentateuch), The Dead Sea Scrolls, and The Book of Enoch. This ministry seeks truth and prosperity through unity, embracing the sacred harmony between the Jewish Torah and the Christian Bible, as written:

“There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.”

~ Galatians 3:28

We operate in accordance with YHVH’s Word and original design for business, placing Him as the Head of this ministry and appointing its board members as stewards of His will for The Soul Proprietor™, Romans 8 Church, and all future auxiliary works established thereunder.

The private membership spaces of The Soul Proprietor™ are sacred, faith-based domains accessed by private men and women in their natural and personal capacity, and not by individuals acting under corporate, governmental, or public titles of office.
Any military personnel, peace officers, judges, or other public officials who voluntarily choose to enter these spaces do so solely in their private capacity, in good faith, and under the protections of spiritual conscience and association.

​The Soul Proprietor™ claims and operates under the protection of the Armor of the Most High (Ephesians 6:11–18)and within the holy jurisdiction of YHVH as His stewards (Daniel 4:17), standing firm in the covenantal promise that no weapon formed against thee shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

As a steward of peace, The Soul Proprietor™ calls upon all members, donors, and participants to honor one another by the spiritual example of Yeshua, to love thy neighbor as thyself, to act in kindness, and to serve in truth.

All members are expected to use The Soul Proprietor™ and Romans 8 Church materials, platforms, and communities in good faith to promote peace, protection, provision, and prosperity in their families, communities, and relationships.

Acts of violence, aggression, hatred, deceit, division, or destruction are strictly prohibited in all Soul Proprietor™and Romans 8 Church spaces, both online and offline, public and private. Any individual who engages in such conduct will be subject to immediate removal from all membership spaces, without prior notice or refund. The Soul Proprietor™ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently terminate membership or access in order to preserve the safety, peace, and integrity of this ministry and its members.

NOTICE

The Soul Proprietor is an unincorporated non-profit Private Membership association operated as a tax-immune, integrated auxiliary business of Romans 8 Church, recognized by the United States as a 508(c)(1)(A) designation. There are no refunds or transfers. The Soul Proprietor and/or Romans 8 Church is not a law firm or a substitute for an attorney or law firm. We do not provide any legal advice, explanation, opinion, or recommendation about your possible legal rights, remedies, defenses, options, or strategies. It is fully the Member’s choice whether or not to take advantage of the information and process presented herein. Your access to The Soul Proprietor’s websites, licensed tools and applications and the information therein, is subject to the current Soul Proprietor Terms of Service;

TERMS OF USE

Educational and Faith-Based Purpose

The Soul Proprietor™ is a private, faith-based ministry and educational platform that offers spiritual, wellness, and occasionally financial insights and resources as an expression of our ministry to the world. All content, programs, and materials are provided for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes only within the private ecclesiastical domain of The Soul Proprietor™ and Romans 8 Church.

No Professional Advice

The information shared through any Soul Proprietor™ website, Substack, publication, email, course, or event is not intended as a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, diagnosis, consultation, or treatment.

Members, Donors, and participants are encouraged to consult qualified health, wellness, or financial professionals before undertaking any new practice, investment, or program. You should never disregard, delay, or avoid obtaining professional advice because of any content or communication from The Soul Proprietor™ or its affiliates.

Assumption of Risk and Responsibility

Your use of any information or participation in any Soul Proprietor™ platform, Service, or program is voluntary and at your own discretion and risk. By entering into this Agreement or participating in any Service, you acknowledge that:

~You are personally responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes;

~You understand that this ministry does not guarantee specific results or outcomes; and

~You release The Soul Proprietor™, Romans 8 Church, and their representatives from any liability arising from the use or misuse of information shared within the ministry.

EXECUTION OF. SERVICE

All Membership activities and Services are conducted within private online venues or other spaces designated by The Soul Proprietor™, at the sole discretion of the ministry, and are governed exclusively by these Terms of Use and the Association’s ecclesiastical and covenant law.

DISSEMINATION OF SERVICES

All Services, teachings, communications, and materials offered by The Soul Proprietor™ are provided exclusively within the private membership domain of The Soul Proprietor Private Membership Association (PMA) and the Romans 8 Church.
Access to such Services occurs only:

1.Within the secure Member Website or Membership Space, or

2.Through voluntary donations or equitable exchanges made to receive access to The Soul Proprietor’s private content.

All offerings are provided solely within the context of a faith-based, non-commercial relationship under the jurisdiction of this private ecclesiastical association.

Neither The Soul Proprietor™, nor its stewards, trustees, or agents are available for personal hire, nor do they operate as public contractors, consultants, or service providers under any statutory or commercial authority. Engagement with any Service constitutes acknowledgment that the interaction occurs within the private ecclesiastical forum and in accordance with these Terms of Use.

WHO IS A MEMBER

A Member is any individual who accesses, engages with, or benefits from any content, service, teaching, resource, or community offering of The Soul Proprietor™ or its parent ministry, Romans 8 Church, whether through:

~Public-facing platforms: websites, Substack, social media, videos, podcasts, or live streams; or

~Private member-only areas: email lists, gated communities, digital courses, mentorships, or live events.

By choosing to view, receive, share, copy, or otherwise engage with any content or offering from this ministry, you acknowledge and accept these Terms of Use and thereby enter into a private, faith-based membership relationship with The Soul Proprietor™ and Romans 8 Church.

This relationship is governed exclusively by the internal ecclesiastical and private membership jurisdiction of the Association, and not by public or commercial law, except where expressly required by law.

All financial exchanges, donations, or offerings made to The Soul Proprietor™ are deemed private inter vivos gifts, given voluntarily and received solely within the context of a faith-based, non-commercial relationship under the jurisdiction of Romans 8 Church (508(c)(1)(A)) and The Soul Proprietor Private Membership Association (PMA).

These donations are not payments for goods or services and are therefore non-refundable and non-transferable, except where otherwise required by law.

To remove all assumption: any engagement with The Soul Proprietor™ or Romans 8 Church - whether through public or private channels - constitutes acceptance of and consent to the full private membership terms contained herein, whether or not a formal sign-up process has been completed or an electronic acknowledgment provided.

To be recognized as a lawful Member, you must:

1.Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction); and

2.Possess the legal capacity to enter into binding private agreements.

By continuing to access or engage with this ministry, you agree to be bound by all terms, notices, disclaimers, and covenants established herein and within any related ecclesiastical notices.

Members and visitors are strictly prohibited from capturing, storing, distributing, screenshotting, recording, sharing, or republishing any content from this ministry — whether public or private — for the purpose of initiating, aiding, or fueling litigation abuse, false claims, surveillance, or harassment.

Any such misuse constitutes trespass, breach of trust, and misuse of private ecclesiastical communications, subject to contractual remedies and private dispute-resolution processes established by The Soul Proprietor™.

APPLICABILITY OF NON-MEMBERS

Any individual who, without becoming a recognized Member or Donor, accesses, copies, distributes, or otherwise uses any material or communication originating from The Soul Proprietor™ or Romans 8 Church is deemed to have entered this private domain subject to the same Terms of Use by conduct and use.

Such access or use constitutes constructive acceptance of these private terms and establishes a duty of care not to misuse, misrepresent, or weaponize this ministry’s intellectual or spiritual property.

Individuals who engage in malicious, discriminatory, or unlawful use of ministry materials - including but not limited to defamation, surveillance, hateful or harassing acts, religious or ideological targeting, or litigation abuse - shall be subject to the same contractual remedies, liquidated-damages provisions, and private dispute-resolution procedures applicable to Members and Donors.

WHO IS A DONOR

A Donor is any individual who gains private access to The Soul Proprietor’s materials, products, or services by voluntarily donating to this ministry. All donations are private gifts offered freely and not in exchange for commercial goods or services. By making any donation or exchange of value, you acknowledge and agree that you are operating within a private faith-based relationship under the jurisdiction of The Soul Proprietor and Romans 8 Church 508(c)(1)(A). All donors are automatically Members and subject to the same terms of use and private membership agreement as set forth above.

CONTRACTUAL LIABILITY AND REMEDIES

Any misuse of The Soul Proprietor’s content, name, likeness, or materials - including but not limited to copying, redistribution, defamation, surveillance, or use in legal or administrative proceedings without verified good-faith authority - constitutes trespass and breach of trust under these private terms.

Such violations establish default liability and subject the offending party to contractual damages, including but not limited to liquidated damages of $100,000 USD per occurrence. This amount represents a genuine pre-estimate of the administrative, reputational, and spiritual harm such actions cause within this private association and is not intended as a penalty.

All remedies shall be pursued exclusively through the private dispute-resolution and ecclesiastical arbitration processes established under this association’s covenant law and ecclesiastical authority, in accordance with applicable contract and arbitration laws. No public-court jurisdiction is implied or consented to except as may be necessary to enforce an arbitral award.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By continuing to access or engage with this ministry or its materials, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms, notices, disclaimers, and covenants set forth herein and in any related ecclesiastical notices. These Terms are intended to operate within the lawful protections of freedom of religion, conscience, and association guaranteed under the First Amendment to the United States Constitution and Section 2 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

NON - DISCLOSURE AND CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

1. Confidential Information
For the purposes of this Agreement, Confidential Information includes all non-public materials, communications, data, passwords, usernames, access credentials, writings, audio or video content, course materials, recordings, digital assets, and any other information shared within the private membership areas, donor portals, or communications of The Soul Proprietor™ and Romans 8 Church, whether spoken, written, or electronic.

2. Member and Donor Obligations
Members and Donors agree that they shall:

~Maintain all Confidential Information in strict confidence and use it solely for personal participation within the Association;

~Not copy, reproduce, publish, or distribute any portion of the Confidential Information to third parties;

~Not share login credentials or permit any other person to access the private or member-only sites; and

~Promptly notify The Soul Proprietor™ of any suspected or actual unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

3. Enforcement and Termination of Access
The Soul Proprietor™ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disable, suspend, or terminate a Member’s or Donor’s access to any service or platform if it believes a breach of confidentiality or other Terms of Use has occurred or appears likely to occur.

4. Protection of Personal Information
The Soul Proprietor™ will not sell, release, or disseminate Members’ or Donors’ personal information or submissions without prior written consent, except where disclosure is required by law or explicitly noted in connection with a specific program or donation process.

5. Duration of Obligation
These confidentiality obligations survive termination of membership or participation and remain in effect for as long as the information retains its confidential nature.

6. Remedies
Any breach of this Agreement may result in suspension of membership, contractual damages, and/or private arbitration or equitable relief in accordance with the Association’s Dispute-Resolution provisions.

TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

​Membership in The Soul Proprietor™ Private Membership Association and Romans 8 Church may be terminated by either the Member or the Association at any time and for any reason, by providing thirty (30) days’ written notice, unless termination results from a breach of the Terms of Use or ecclesiastical law, in which case termination may take effect immediately.

Membership is non-transferable and may not be assigned or delegated to any other person or entity.

All gifts, donations, offerings, or other equitable exchanges (inter vivos) made to The Soul Proprietor™ are considered voluntary and non-refundable, reflecting a faith-based exchange rather than a commercial transaction. Termination of membership does not relieve the Member of any outstanding obligations or liabilities accrued prior to the date of termination.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

All Members, Donors, and participants agree to hold harmless, defend, and indemnify The Soul Proprietor™, Romans 8 Church, their trustees, stewards, agents, affiliates, and fellow Members from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with:

~Their participation in this private association;

~Use or reliance upon any content, teachings, or materials provided; or

~Any act, omission, or conduct by the Member, Donor, or participant that results in harm to themselves or others.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Soul Proprietor™, Romans 8 Church, and their representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, goodwill, or data arising out of participation, access, or engagement with this ministry, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise - even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Each Member and Donor acknowledges that participation in this private association is entirely voluntary and undertaken at their own discretion and risk.

RESTRICTION OF JURISDICTION

As Member, Donor or any man or woman accessing any public or private facing content of The Soul Proprietor or Romans 8 Church, You agree that no section of this Contract shall be assumed to constitute a voluntary election by any of the parties thereto to submit the Contract or the said parties to any venue of law, jurisdiction, court or tribunal, other than the agreement of the parties as stated hereunder.

You agree that the Contract shall not be deemed to be subject to the laws of the Government, any State, political subdivision thereof, or any other legal fiction, procedural phantom, political construct, or any other jurisdiction, real or imagined, unless such election is voluntarily made in writing by The Soul proprietorship. You agree that no person(s) shall have any authority to control any decision regarding the Contract; no powers, interest or authority to amend, alter, modify or terminate the Contract other than as expressly represented hereunder, and no such powers, interest or authority shall be assumed; all such powers, interest and authority being expressly prohibited hereunder. You agree that any representation by any party, person, individual, agency , court or entity, real or imagined, shall be deemed a confession of fault of the Member and/or Donor and all disputes on the part of the Member and/or Donor, be voided via the violation of the terms of this Contract under “Restriction of Jurisdiction” and “Dispute Resolution”.

INTENDED AUDIENCE AND ENTRY NOTICE

The content provided by The Soul Proprietor™ and its auxiliary domains (including www.kerryford.substack.com) is intended for private individuals seeking educational and faith-based empowerment. It is not directed to, or intended for consumption by, BAR members, public officers, government agents, or commercial entities acting in an official capacity.

If you do not agree with these terms or do not wish to be bound by the Conditions of Entry and Terms of Use herein, you should exit this domain immediately.
Your continued access or participation constitutes tacit and voluntary agreement to all terms, conditions, and notices governing The Soul Proprietor’s private domain.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials created, written, designed, or otherwise produced by Kerry Ford and/or The Soul Proprietor™ are protected under Canadian and United States copyright laws and international copyright conventions as original works of authorship.

All rights, title, and interest in such materials—including, but not limited to, written works, images, graphics, videos, audio recordings, digital products, course content, and proprietary frameworks - remain the exclusive property of Kerry Ford and/or The Soul Proprietor™, whether or not a © copyright symbol or registration appears on the material.

Reproduction, redistribution, transmission, modification, or commercial use of any part of these materials without prior written consent from The Soul Proprietor™ is strictly prohibited and may result in contractual and/or legal action under applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in this publication or website shall be construed as granting any license or transfer of ownership of the intellectual property belonging to Kerry Ford or The Soul Proprietor™.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OWNERSHIP

1. Ownership
All content, materials, and intellectual property on this site or distributed through The Soul Proprietor™ or Romans 8 Church are the sole property of Kerry Ford and The Soul Proprietor™, unless otherwise credited. This includes, without limitation, ideas, creative expressions, trademarks, service marks, concepts, strategies, formulas, slogans, themes, protocols, market positions, branding and layout, logos, business name, design, text, written copy, images, podcasts, videos, audio files, and all original paid or unpaid materials (collectively, the “Intellectual Property”).

2. Permitted Use
You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and download certain materials solely for personal, non-commercial use. This license does not convey ownership. Under this license, you may not:

~Modify, copy, or reproduce the materials;

~Use them for any commercial purpose or public display (commercial or non-commercial);

~Share, transfer, or mirror the materials on another platform or server.

This license automatically terminates if any restriction is breached and may be revoked by The Soul Proprietor™ at any time. Upon termination, all copies in any format must be destroyed.

3. Unauthorized Use and Remedies
If The Soul Proprietor™ has reasonable evidence that you have misappropriated, copied, modified, or used any Intellectual Property without authorization—whether as a paying or non-paying member, subscriber, visitor, or third-party actor—you acknowledge that:

1.Access to all The Soul Proprietor™ materials may be revoked and you may be permanently blocklisted from all programs, products, or services; and

2.The matter may be referred to private mediation or arbitration (for example, through Peacemakers Equity or another mutually agreed forum) for equitable resolution and determination of damages.

3. Liquidated Damages
Where unauthorized use is confirmed, you agree that The Soul Proprietor™ and Kerry Ford are entitled to liquidated damages of $10,000 USD (or equivalent in CAD) per proven offense. This sum represents a reasonable pre-estimate of the time, energy, and creative equity lost through such infringement and is not intended as a penalty.
If payment is not made within 90 days after written notice and determination, additional damages of $2,000 USD per week may accrue until the balance is satisfied.

All enforcement shall follow the ministry’s private notice and remedy process and, where necessary, may be confirmed through civil arbitration or court recognition in accordance with applicable contract and intellectual-property law.

4. Good-Faith Credit and Enforcement
You acknowledge that unpaid damages may be reported or enforced through standard lawful collection or credit processes, consistent with due process and fair-credit standards, and that such actions do not constitute harassment but lawful recovery of a verified contractual claim.

5. Reservation of Rights
The Soul Proprietor™ and Kerry Ford reserve all rights, title, and interest in their Intellectual Property, and the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION & ECCLESIASTICAL ARBITRATION

MATTHEW 18:15-17

“If your brother sins against you, go and tell him his fault between you and him alone… but if he refuses to listen even to the church, let him be to you as a Gentile and a tax collector.”

THE FIFTH BOOKE OF MATTHEW CHAPTER XXV

“Agree with thine adversary quickly, whiles thou art in the way with him; lest at any time the adversary deliver thee to the judge, and the judge deliver thee to the officer, and thou be cast into prison.”

1. Spiritual and Private Resolution Policy

In keeping with the teachings of Christ and the ecclesiastical order of Romans 8 Church and The Soul Proprietor™, all disagreements, misunderstandings, or conflicts are to be addressed privately, in good faith, and with spiritual accountability before any outside involvement is considered.

Those who knowingly act in malice or use public processes to harm or intimidate this ministry, its stewards, or its members will be regarded as trespassers upon this private ecclesiastical domain.

2. Internal Procedure

a).Written Notice Required. All genuine disputes must first be submitted in writing to the ministry for private ecclesiastical review and attempted reconciliation.

b).Private Ecclesiastical Hearing. If unresolved, the matter shall be presented before an Ecclesiastical Council or designated arbitration panel within Romans 8 Church for prayerful determination under covenant law and biblical principles.

c).Good-Faith Cooperation. All parties agree to participate honestly and respectfully in this process as a condition of membership or engagement.

3. Jurisdiction and Forum

This ministry is a faith-based, private, non-statutory association. All engagement and dispute-resolution proceedings occur within its private ecclesiastical forum governed by:

a).Ecclesiastical law and covenant principles,

b).Private contract law, and

c).The freedoms of religion, conscience, and association protected by the First Amendment (U.S.) and Section 2 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

This ministry does not consent to public-court jurisdiction over internal spiritual or membership matters, except where a civil court is needed to recognize or enforce an ecclesiastical or arbitral decision under applicable contract and arbitration laws.

4. Reservation of Remedies

The Soul Proprietor™ and Romans 8 Church reserve the right to pursue public legal or equitable remedies in cases involving:

~Trespass upon private domain;

~Defamation, harassment, or unlawful interference; or

~Bad-faith litigation or threats intended to suppress protected religious expression or ministry operations.

5. Acceptance of Agreement

By continuing to access this site or engage with this ministry in any capacity, you acknowledge and accept this Private Dispute-Resolution and Ecclesiastical Arbitration Agreement as a binding condition of membership, participation, or use.

NOTICE TO PUBLIC OFFICIALS, BAR MEMBERS, CORPORATE AGENTS, AND ALL OTHER ENTRANTS:

This domain - encompassing all content, communications, and services provided by The Soul Proprietor™ and Romans 8 Church — constitutes a private ecclesiastical body and faith-based ministry operating under the lawful protections of:

1.26 U.S.C. § 508(c)(1)(A) (United States Internal Revenue Code),

2.The First Amendment to the United States Constitution,

3.Section 2 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms (freedom of conscience, religion, thought, belief, and association), and

4.Customary international human rights principles recognizing freedom of religion and private association.

This ministry is a faith-based, private, non-statutory association and does not operate as a public business, corporation, or for-profit enterprise. All engagement within this domain - whether viewing, sharing, communicating, donating, or otherwise participating—is governed solely by:

1.Private contract law,

2.Ecclesiastical law and covenant principles, and

3.Natural rights of conscience and association,

and not by corporate, commercial, or statutory law, except where expressly required to fulfill lawful obligations or due process. This ministry is protected by the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States and Section 2 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, which guarantee freedom of religion, belief, and association.

By entering or using any portion of this domain, all parties acknowledge that they have received notice of its private and ecclesiastical nature and that their continued use constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Private Engagement.

Unauthorized intrusion, surveillance, data collection, or interference for purposes of legal intimidation, defamation, or harassment constitutes trespass upon a private ecclesiastical domain and may invoke contractual remedies, liquidated damages, and private dispute-resolution processes under this ministry’s governing law.

RESTRICTED ENTRY & USE CONDITIONS

Access to and use of this private domain—and all content, communications, and materials originating from The Soul Proprietor™ and Romans 8 Church—are permitted only under the following terms and conditions:

1. Private-Capacity Access

You access and engage solely in your natural, personal capacity as a private man or woman exercising your lawful freedoms of conscience, belief, and association. This ministry’s content and communications are offered exclusively for private, faith-based, educational, and spiritual purposes.

2. No Official or Representative Capacity

You do not enter, view, or use any material from this ministry in any official, governmental, or representative capacity on behalf of any corporation, agency, tribunal, law firm, regulatory body, or other public entity, unless you have received prior written consent from The Soul Proprietor™.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You expressly agree not to:

~Monitor, record, or surveil private communications or content without explicit consent;

~Copy, distribute, or republish materials for purposes of defamation, intimidation, profiling, or interference;

~Initiate or threaten legal, administrative, or disciplinary action against this ministry or its members in bad faith or without substantial lawful cause; or

~Engage in any form of harassment, discriminatory targeting, or religious suppression related to this ministry’s operations, teachings, or beliefs.

4. Trespass and Harassment

Any person or entity that knowingly violates these restrictions, or that misuses ministry materials to harass, defame, surveil, or suppress protected religious expression, shall be deemed to have committed a private trespass and breach of trust under these Terms and shall be subject to the contractual remedies, liquidated-damages provisions, and private dispute-resolution processes of this Association.

5. Notice and Consent

By entering, viewing, or using any portion of The Soul Proprietor’s public or private domains, you acknowledge that you have received constructive notice of these restrictions, have read and understood them, and voluntarily agree to these Conditions of Entry and to the full Terms of Use governing this private ecclesiastical association.

LITIGATION ABUSE & TRESPASS LIABILITY

The Soul Proprietor™ and Romans 8 Church take seriously the misuse of legal systems or other forms of intimidation against this ministry or its members. Any individual or representative who:

1.Issues legal threats or initiates proceedings in bad faith;

2.Attempts to suppress lawful religious expression or truthful testimony through false or misleading claims; or

3.Engages in coordinated efforts to defame, harass, or interfere with ministry operations;

shall be deemed to have trespassed upon the private ecclesiastical domain of The Soul Proprietor™ and Romans 8 Church. Such conduct establishes default liability and contractual damages, including but not limited to liquidated damages of 100,000 USD (or Canadian-dollar equivalent) per occurrence.

These damages represent a reasonable pre-estimate of the administrative, reputational, and spiritual harm caused by such violations and are not intended as a penalty.

Enforcement shall occur through the private dispute-resolution and ecclesiastical arbitration processes of this association, in accordance with applicable contract and arbitration law. Nothing herein waives any lawful right of appeal or remedy in civil courts should such enforcement require confirmation.

By viewing, interacting with, or engaging any portion of this domain or its materials, you acknowledge and accept these terms and consent to the jurisdiction of The Soul Proprietor’s private ecclesiastical forum.

JURISDICTION NOTICE

The Soul Proprietor™ and Romans 8 Church are faith-based, private, non-statutory associations operating under the protections of the First Amendment of the United States Constitution, Section 2 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, and Title 26 U.S.C. § 508(c)(1)(A).

We affirm that this ministry and its auxiliary associations function within private ecclesiastical and covenant jurisdiction. Participation occurs exclusively by private contract and mutual consent, and is not open to the general public.

Accordingly, The Soul Proprietor™ and Romans 8 Church do not consent to the authority or jurisdiction of any civil court, tribunal, or public office over internal ecclesiastical, covenant, or membership matters, except where a competent court is lawfully required to recognize or enforce a private-arbitration or ecclesiastical determination under applicable contract law.

We are not a public accommodation and expressly reserve all rights to privacy, free religious expression, association, and private contract under natural law and constitutional protection.

This Notice constitutes formal and lawful notice that The Soul Proprietor™ and Romans 8 Church operate within a private ecclesiastical domain under covenant law, private contract law, and the protections of the First Amendment (U.S.) and Section 2 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

Any unauthorized access, interference, surveillance, or malicious use of ministry materials or communications constitutes trespass upon private property and a breach of these Terms of Use.

Continued engagement, after notice, shall be deemed tacit and voluntary agreement to all applicable terms, penalties, and enforcement provisions contained herein.

If no written correspondence requesting clarification or objection is received within fifteen (15) calendar days of such engagement, it shall be presumed that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to these Terms through your continued participation, access, or contribution.

This Agreement is governed within the private ecclesiastical jurisdiction of Romans 8 Church (508(c)(1)(A)) and The Soul Proprietor™ Private Membership Association, and is interpreted under principles of good faith, private contract law, and covenant law, as protected by the First Amendment (U.S.) and Section 2 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
