The Divine(ly Protected) Business Contract
Adding God's Laws to your Business Contracts for fast, Potent Protection & Prosperity
Theft. Tresspass. Betrayal.
Exodus Chapter 22
covers contract law around theft of property.
In my research and prayer upon it, I view it as a good faith business manual for those truly seeking to conduct Good Faith Business with God before Profit, Paycheck or Poaching.
Theft of IP, Copyright, land or otherwise, are all governed by the courts f heaven, on down - agent to principal. And I’m pretty sure God doesn’t want to be implicated in bad faith contracts.
If you're an entrepreneur or even an employee
labouring every day to build your brand, your business, your family's legacy through your own creative works, you can probably relate to betrayal in the highest order, when your work gets stolen, copied or poached by someone without a firm backbone or business acumen of their own.
Exodus Chapter 22 is a Powerful Prophecy
of what can come to those who do unethical business dealings when it comes to theft of property, be it physical as is covered in The Bible - or Intellectual Property or Copyrighted materials.
It can be an even darker betrayal when the thievery is occurring at the hands of family. I've experienced IP theft several times in my career and it never bodes well for the taker:
They can’t back up what they’ve stolen with credentials, experience or wisdom and
The High courts (of heaven) that govern Godly jurisdiction don’t just watch, they take actions to the high courts and make judgments on them to spite how we’ve excused them away in Earth.
In the end, it never pays to poach.
But it always pays to protect yourself through faith based contracts for your business.
Pay close attention to The Bible/Contract/Covenant where it is showing you that …….
Your Labour is YOUR Asset & Equity and Theft of it Has Consequences In The High Courts of Heaven:
Paying Back Double.
This is not legal premise alone, but is more importantly, lawful premise (God's) and that of Universal Law, where the Judge is God Himself.
When I experience theft of Copyright or intellectual property (a hazard of entrepreneurship in a world saturated with imposters)
and have proper disclaimers, terms and contracts set up on my site as such, I start praying over them and reading Exodus Chapter 22 to witness shifts.
Claiming imposter syndrome/victimhood
to our own action does not land in the court of heaven nor to its agents who will be effected by those actions through the Laws of Agent to Principal (ignorance of the law does not justify breaking it).
“Additionally, principals can be held liable for the torts of their agents under the doctrine of vicarious liability. A principal is always liable for torts committed while the agent completes their official responsibilities. “

Inspiration & Imitation are two separate Actions
with two very separate outcomes.
If you copy someone’s work, give credit for it, and ask permission. If you’re inspired by somebody’s work, share your mentors to elevate your audience or students.
If you’re imitating someone’s work, you won’t do either for thieves do not notify their victims.

Faith Based Arbitration: Peacemaker Equity
https://www.peacemakerequity.com
“he mediation, arbitration and private equity court process through Peacemaker Equity is faster, less formal and more cost effective than using the public systems and Courts. The Public Courts can be very expensive and tend to favour those who can afford the lengthy trials and have the best legal representation and very rarely deliver justice or equity.
Public legal representation such as a lawyer, solicitor or barrister is not recognised within the Peacemaker Equity organisation. It is strongly discouraged to have a lawyer or barrister within the Peacemaker Equity Arbitration process. Our rules have been designed to be an open book, straightforward and simple.
Our Arbitration process is much easier and less intimidating than using the public systems. Our Arbitration team will not use intentionally ambiguous language such as legalese or hidden definitions.
Our rules are designed to be simple, fair and based on the principles of Equity as found in the Bible.”
